My story

Happy lives up to her name in every possible way. This gentle, affectionate girl has a heart as big as her smile and a quiet resilience that shines through in everything she does. She came into rescue when her previous owners circumstances changed, leaving her at risk of ending up somewhere unsafe. Despite that uncertainty, Happy has held onto her loving nature and her unwavering trust in people. In her foster home, Happy has proven to be the kind of dog who simply wants to be near her humans. Whether shes lounging in the sun, trotting happily beside you on a walk, or curling up after a day of play, she carries a calm, comforting presence that makes a house feel like home. She adores affection and will gently lean in for pets, soaking up every bit of love you give her.Happy enjoys the simple thingsstretching out in a sunny spot, exploring the yard, playing with her toys, and, of course, enjoying a good treat. She walks beautifully on leash, rides well in the car, and settles nicely in her crate. Shes well-mannered, non-destructive, and gets along with everyone she meets, including other dogs and even cats, whom she mostly ignores.Because she was previously allowed to roam, Happy would do best in a home with a secure yard where she can safely explore and enjoy the outdoors she loves so much. While she has a medium energy level, she thrives with space to stretch her legs and a family who will include her in their daily life.Happy doesnt ask for muchjust a safe place, a loving family, and someone who will return the unconditional love she gives so freely. After everything shes been through, she deserves a forever home where she can truly settle in, feel secure, and continue being the sweet, joyful companion she was always meant to be.
