My story

Meet Choco — a sweet, resilient chocolate Lab with so much love to give. This handsome boy has been waiting so patiently for the family he deserves. Choco’s story began with heartbreak—he was found with a devastating leg injury, and despite every effort to save it, the damage was too severe and his leg had to be amputated. But Choco has never let that define him. He has embraced life with the same joyful, loving spirit Labradors are known for, and he continues to amaze everyone around him with his resilience and heart. At just 2 years old and 50 pounds, Choco is neutered, fully vaccinated, and a healthy, happy tripod who doesn’t miss a beat. He is good with dogs of all sizes, loves people, and truly thrives on human companionship. He enjoys cuddles and affection, walks fairly well on leash, and absolutely loves getting out for his walks. In fact, he can even run despite having only three legs. Choco is everything people adore about Labradors: a big heart, a happy personality, and endless love to give. His missing leg does not define him. What defines Choco is his gentle nature, his affectionate spirit, and the way he leans into love with his whole heart. All he wants is a soft bed, a warm home, and people to call his own. After everything he has been through, Choco deserves a beautiful next chapter filled with comfort, safety, and love.
