Hi there! My name is Cosette, and I’m part of the Notable Orphans litter. I was transferred to ATR on 5/1/26 after my siblings and I were rescued from the euthanasia list! Now we have a safe and loving place to stay until we find our furever home! My foster family describes me as independent, sassy and loyal!
