Lila 2

My story

Lila is a darling Shih Tzu girl who came to us after her owner passed away. She came in with her friend Luna. She’s a very typical Shih Tzu in all of the best ways. She’s quiet, laid back and extremely affectionate. She’s a little on the shy side but doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. Lila is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. She’s is potty trained per her former owners family “if she’s taken out on a regular basis.” Lila is good with all other dogs, seems to love all people and based on her temperament I think she would be very good with children but has not been tested. Lila is a coated dog (hair grows continuously) and will require professional grooming every 6–8 weeks. Adoption Fee: $400 This fee includes at least one health exam with our veterinarian while in our care, spay/neuter, all vaccinations (including rabies, as age-appropriate), a pre-adoption professional grooming, and a microchip with lifetime registration at no additional cost. Dogs also leave with a new collar and/or harness, leash, and a gift bag that includes, among other things, a starter bag of the quality kibble currently fed at the rescue. Adoption fees also help us rescue the next homeless or unwanted dog in need.
