My story

Meet Stella ❤️ Stella came into my life in 2021 after being abandoned in a field. Since then, she has become a loving, loyal companion who adores her people and wants nothing more than to be by their side. Due to a recent motorcycle accident, my boyfriend now requires significant care and support, and I can no longer give Stella the time, attention, and exercise she deserves. This decision is heartbreaking, but I want what’s best for her. Stella would thrive with an active owner and a secure yard where she can run and play. She is strong, athletic, and would do best with someone experienced with large-breed dogs. She can be reactive on leash and around larger dogs, though she has successfully lived alongside smaller dogs. She is not a good fit for a home with cats and has a high prey drive. Stella is affectionate, smart, and deeply devoted to her people. My goal is to find her a loving home where she can get the attention, structure, and active lifestyle she deserves.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Stella, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
