My story

Meet Starsky ⭐🐾 Some dogs walk into your life cautiously. Starsky? He walked in giving kisses immediately. 🥹 This sweet boy is the definition of a pug lover’s pug — affectionate, goofy, people-obsessed, and happiest when he’s curled up next to his humans getting belly rubs. At around 6 years old, Starsky has settled beautifully into foster care and quickly made himself right at home. His days are made up of naps, backyard patrols, exploring on walks, following his people everywhere they go, and dramatically flopping onto his back demanding attention. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs, loves meeting new people, and has a medium energy level that makes him the perfect balance of playful and relaxed. Starsky does have some separation anxiety tendencies and would do best in a home where someone is around more often than not. He’s looking for stability, companionship, and a family that understands pugs don’t just want to be near you… they want to BE you. 😂 He’s not crate trained and seems nervous with confinement, but he sleeps great through the night curled up at the foot of the bed like he’s been there forever. More than anything, Starsky is just an incredibly loving, adaptable little guy who wants a forever family willing to stick by him the same way he’ll stick by them.
