My story

Meet Sancho  This adorable 1-year-old/20lb corgi mix is sweet, gentle, and eager to trust. Sancho is the total package — he’s great with dogs, cats, and kids, making him an easy addition to many types of homes. He is kennel trained, housebroken, leash trained, and loves spending time with his people. Whether it’s playtime in the yard, relaxing on the couch, or tagging along on adventures, Sancho is happiest just being near those he loves. While he is friendly and affectionate, Sancho can be a little unsure in new situations at first, so he will need a patient family willing to give him time to build confidence and feel safe in his new environment. Once he settles in, his fun-loving and loyal personality truly shines. He came to rescue with a wound to his backend, but it is completely healed, and fur is expected to grow back fully.  Sancho is looking for a family that will show him the kindness and stability he deserves — and in return, he’ll be the most devoted companion you could ask for.        All Cooper’s Chance adoptable pets are spayed/neutered, UTD on shots, heartworm negative, de-wormed, micro chipped and housebroken.
