Gigi

My story

Gigi is a South African Boerboel,purchased from a breeder in Georgia. She is very friendly and good with kids and others dogs, but she is bread to be a guardian and is alert to any potential danger or anything that is out of the ordinary. We often have people in our home and she does great with them, from kids to adults, but she is a very big and strong dog. She loves to go on walks and for rides in the car. She is leash trained and does well, but requires a strong and experienced dog handler to navigate any situations Gigi may think is dangerous. She have never bit anyone, but she does like to play roughly, but also recognizes it someone (for example a small person or elder person) isn't equipped to handle that type of play. I highly recommend someone who knows boerboels or cane corso's - large, dominant dogs. At the same time, she will be a lap dog and would absolutely sleep in anyones bed if we let her. She does deal with some environmental allergies.
