My story

 Ms. Phyllis ("Philly")    Ms. Phyllis (“Philly”) is a petite little sweetheart with a calm, gentle nature, and the cutest personality to match. She can be a bit shy at first and likes to observe from her cozy corner, but the moment you walk into the room, she lights up.   Philly will rub all over your legs, flop down at your feet, and happily wait for belly rubs - loudly purring the entire time. She also has the sweetest little trill she uses to say hello, which makes her impossible not to fall in love with.   She’s the perfect mix of calm and playful - either quietly relaxing in her favorite spot or suddenly zooming around like a kitten. There’s no in-between, and it’s adorable to watch.   Philly is very easygoing and low maintenance. She enjoys her independence but truly loves affection on her terms, making her a great fit for someone looking for a chill but loving companion. She also does great with other cats and would likely enjoy having a feline friend.   Despite her small size, she has a big appetite and never turns down wet food or Churus!   Philly would do best in a calm home where she can settle in at her own pace - once she does, she becomes an incredibly sweet, affectionate, and rewarding companion.   Philly and Colter ("Colt) came into foster care together and have been together ever since. They seem to share a special bond and can often be found snuggling up or relaxing side by side. While they would love a home together, both are confident and well-adjusted enough to thrive in separate homes with plenty of love and attention.
