My story

🚨🌵 Santa Rita Urgently Needs a Foster, Foster-to-Adopt, or Forever Home 🌵🚨 This tiny spotted puppy has already fought harder than most dogs ever should have to. Now she just needs someone willing to give her a safe place to land. 🥺🐶💛 Meet Santa Rita — an Aussie mix born 2/4/26 as part of the Cacti Litter. She’s small, smart, full of personality, and officially a parvo survivor. 💪🐾 Santa Rita was the only puppy in her litter to contract parvo… and she BEAT IT. ✨ After everything she’s been through, she’s finally healthy, feeling good, and ready for the next chapter of her life. Right now, she urgently needs either: 🏡 A medical foster 💛 A foster-to-adopt home 🐶 Or a forever family ready to commit Because she’s still within the post-parvo shedding window until 5/29, any resident dogs in the home should be: ✔️ Fully vaccinated ✔️ Between 2–6 years old OR she’d also thrive as your one-and-only little sidekick. 🐾 And honestly? She’s already proving she’s worth every bit of effort. Her foster says Santa Rita is: 🎾 Smart, active, and full of puppy sass 🧠 Already learning “sit” 🐾 Working hard on potty training 🦴 Obsessed with chew toys and balls 💛 Crate trained and doing great with men She’s the kind of puppy who wants to be involved in everything — curious about the world, eager to learn, and always ready for the next adventure. With her Aussie mix brains and energy, she’ll thrive with a family committed to exercise, enrichment, and helping her grow into the amazing dog she’s meant to be. 🌞🐶 A home with a yard would be ideal for this busy little explorer. 🌿🐾 Santa Rita already survived the scary part. Now she deserves the happy part — the cozy bed, the toy basket, the person who looks at her and says, “you’re safe now.” 🥹💛 Fostering is completely free — the rescue provides food, supplies, and vet care. You provide the love and temporary safe space. And if you fall in love? Foster-to-adopt is absolutely an option. ✨ Please help us find this brave little survivor the home she’s been waiting for. Apply below to foster or adopt Santa Rita. 🌵🐶💛 👉 Adoption App: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/LCDR/Dog Foster App: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/foster/LCDR/Dog
