My story

We got Nico as a puppy during the pandemic, and he has been a special part of our family ever since.He’s now grown into a quirky, uncoordinated, fiercely loyal, affectionate dog who loves both playtime and downtime. Nico can be a total goofball when he’s playing, but he’s also a big-time chiller who enjoys relaxing and being close to his people. He’s truly a snuggle bug once he feels comfortable.One of his sweetest quirks is that he loves to greet people by bringing them a “gift”—usually a shoe, sock, bone, or toy. It’s just his way of saying he’s happy you’re home.We are looking for a home that understands his personality and will give him the space, consistency, and care he needs to feel secure and thrive. He would do best with someone who appreciates a loyal companion and is willing to build trust with him.This decision hasn’t been easy, and finding the right home for Nico is our top priority.
