Meet Citrus, a bubbly burst of sunshine in dog form! Full of energy and personality, she brings a bright, happy spark to every moment. Whether she’s on the move or checking in for some attention, Citrus is always ready to share her joyful spirit with the people around her. Under all that pep, Citrus is also incredibly sweet and affectionate. She loves being with her humans and soaking up all the pets. Her enthusiasm is matched only by her loving heart!Citrus would thrive in a home that can keep up with her playful energy while also giving her plenty of love and connection. If you’re looking for a fun, lively companion who will keep you smiling, Citrus is ready to brighten your world.IN-SHELTER NOTES & IDEAL HOMESIZE:77 lbs. HOME TYPE:House or Townhouse- Citrus can be vocal at times so she would not be suitable for an apartment type home with shared walls. CHILDREN:Yes- Older older children are potentially compatible. She is a large, high-energy dog that can be mouthy and jumpy. CATS & SMALL ANIMALS:Yes- Cats potentially compatible with slow proper introductionOTHER DOGS:Yes- Dogs potentially compatible.ACTIVITY/ENERGY LEVEL:High; will need a lot of daily exercise, enrichment and mental stimulation.HUMAN COMPATIBILTY:Her new family should have previous large dog experience. Citrus is a large energetic girl that can be very mouthy at times. Her new family will need to work on basic training with her. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/NEEDS:At least three in-person training session to work on socialization, basic training and manners. HUMAN SOCIAL IN SHELTER:Very human social.
