My story

It is with a heavy heart that we must rehome our orange baby. This is chopper. He’s about 8 months, adopted as a kitten from the league city shelter. We got him to be a playmate for our female cat but he is so antagonistic. We have tried for 8 months to get the 3 of our cats to live in harmony and this little spit fire just has far too much energy for our two older cats. He’s not a bad cat, it’s just that our other 2 have 0 confidence, 0 assurance and have lost their personalities unless hiding or locked in our bedroom with us. We have tried EVERYTHING with chopper, from calm down treats to constant play and it’s just not enough. My husband and I both work full time jobs just to survive right now in the current economy and we just don’t have the time he deserves. Our hearts are breaking, we just want him to go to a good home. Please message me if you can give him a loving home. Most of the time he is good with the other cats when it’s sleep time. But he makes them mad while awake.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Chopper, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
