QUICK FACTS Name: Soda Age: About 6 Months Old Gender: Male (Neutered) Breed: Jindo Mix Color: White Weight: 6kg / 13lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I was born with a condition that caused my legs to gradually bend. Even though I was a bright, happy pup who loved people, I was placed on the euthanasia list because of my disability. But someone chose to see past that and saved me. After being rescued, I received treatment, and now I’m doing well. I’ve held onto my cheerful, loving heart through it all and now I’m just waiting for a family to share it with.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Neutered & healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY Hi, I’m Soda and I’m just beginning to discover the world! Everything still feels new to me, and I’m learning a little more each day. I may not be perfect yet, but that’s part of my charm. I’m full of potential, ready to grow into whatever you gently guide me to become. Even though I’m still young, I have a naturally gentle and calm side. I’m soft in my approach, kind at heart, and eager to follow. With the right support, I’ll blossom into a well-balanced and loving companion. If you’re looking for a puppy you can grow with—one who will learn, adapt, and form a deep bond with you along the way—I’d love to take those first steps together!   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I’m a super friendly and affectionate pup who loves people—whether we’ve just met or known each other forever! I’ll happily come up to you, lean in for pets, and soak up all the love. I’m very easygoing with handling too. You can gently lift me by supporting under my belly, and I’ll stay nice and relaxed. I trust people easily, and I’m not shy about showing it—I’ll even roll over and show my belly to someone I’ve just met. That’s just how much I love being around humans! · With Dogs: I’m a friendly pup who enjoys meeting other dogs! I’ll happily go up to both familiar and new friends to say hello and invite them to play. That said, I can feel a bit overwhelmed by dogs with very high energy, and I prefer calmer, more respectful playmates. If another dog provokes me, I might react, so I do best with thoughtful introductions and a little guidance when meeting new dogs for the first time. With the right friends and a gentle approach, I can be a wonderful and social companion! · With Cats: When I see a cat, I get curious and like to watch, but if my person guides me, I’ll follow along nicely.   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have high energy level – I’ve got lots of energy, so I really need plenty of outdoor time to run, explore, and burn it off. Once I’ve had enough activity, I’m able to settle down and rest nicely. I’m still learning about walks. I can get a little excited and pull on the leash, but I do try to follow my person and stay close. I feel much more comfortable in quiet, peaceful areas. Busy roads, loud noises, and heavy traffic can be a bit scary for me, so I’d do best with someone patient who can help me build my confidence at my own pace.   TRAINING & HABITS I’m very gentle with people around food and don’t feel the need to guard it. But when I’m eating, I do like a bit of space from other dogs and might give a small growl if they come too close. When there’s something I want, I’ll let you know with a little bark—I like to communicate in my own way. I can get a little whiny in my kennel, especially at first, but I just need a bit of time to settle in. For potty, I’m flexible and can use both indoor pads and go outside.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: A family that will provide me with a safe haven – where I can decompress, be myself in a stable environment A family that understands my past and is patient with me throughout A family that enjoys indoor and outdoor time together A family that will love and cherish me forever   SPECIAL NOTES Right now, I’m at that curious, energetic puppy stage where I want to explore everything around me.
