My story

Leela was adopted 3 years ago from our local shelter. She 100% American Bully. Leela is a love bug and really enjoys other dogs. Leela has a lot of free floating anxiety and our home is busy with adult children stopping by, a new baby, and other stressors she struggles with. She is eager to please and train, but we have just not been able to maintain a quiet, peaceful home she would thrive in. She loves to snuggle and give "love eyes". She is mostly white so she does get some allergies that we manage with otc ear drops and a nightly benadryl. We tried some anxiety medications but she did not tolerate well ( vomitting). She enjoys treats but needs gentle, easy to digest treats. She is crate trained and knows many commands- come, sit, down, shake, turn, leave it etc. We love Leela, but she hasnt acclimated to new baby and busier household. She loves the other dog in our home and would be happiest with another canine friend around.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Leela, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
