My story

Billie was a COVID cat where we rescued him from a local shelter in Norfolk, VA at the local cat cafe. He was tiny, squeaky and adorable. Billie got along well with our kids, and our rescue mixed breed dog just fine, the kitten was clueless, but our dog, Sammie, tolerated the kitten's antics. Billie's been with us for five years now, and Sammie's passed on. We are currently seeking to rehome Billie to a good family while our teenager's school and sports schedules, travel for work, and overall busy lives leaves Billie all by himself all day, most days. He's a super affectionate cat that wants to cuddle and sit with or near you but will let you know when he's had enough cuddling and petting. He's a great cat, and I hate that we have to surrender him, but we know there's a family out there that can give him more attention and time that he requires.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Billie, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
