Just before my time ran out, someone stepped in and saved me. Because of that moment, I’m here today, holding onto a second chance and hoping for a life filled with love. I’m ready to start a second chapter of my life with a forever family of my own.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Spayed & healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY Hi, I’m Milano and I’m a walking bundle of love! I’m full of affection from head to tail. I love people so much that even if we’ve just met, I’ll already be excited to be close to you. And if you’re someone I know? Oh, then I really can’t hide how happy I am to see you. More than anything, people say I have a truly wonderful temperament. I’m easy to love, easy to be around, and the kind of dog who can fit into just about any home and fill it with warmth. If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion who will love you right from the start, I think I’ve been waiting just for you.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I’m a very loving and people-friendly dog—I don’t just adore the people I know, I’ll happily walk right up to new faces, lean in for cuddles, and let them pet me without hesitation. I’m so trusting that I’ll even roll over and show my belly to someone I’ve just met—that’s my way of saying I feel safe with you. You can also pick me up by supporting me under my belly—I’m comfortable being held like that. I haven’t had the chance to meet children under 13 yet, so I may need a gentle and thoughtful introduction. · With Dogs: I love meeting other dogs—I’ll happily trot over to say hello and invite them to play, even if we’ve just met! · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have moderate energy level - I enjoy getting outside and staying active, but I’m not overly energetic. After some fresh air and a nice walk, I’m more than happy to settle down and relax quietly. I can get a little excited on walks and might pull on the leash at times, but I do like to follow my person and stay close.   TRAINING & HABITS I’m pretty relaxed when it comes to food—I don’t feel the need to guard it, whether I’m around people or other dogs. I’m also a quiet companion and rarely bark. When I’m in my kennel, I settle in nicely and stay calm. For potty, I’m flexible—I can use both indoor pads and go outside.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself.
