🐾 Meet Max — A Heart of Gold Looking for His Forever Home 🐾 Max is a 4 year old sweetheart with the gentlest soul and the kindest eyes—one look at him and you know he’s something special. He was found on his own, already cared for in many ways, yet no family ever came forward to claim him. While we may never know how or why Max lost the home he once had, it’s clear he belonged to someone at some point and remembers what it means to be part of a family. Max has had the benefit of guidance and training that helped him build confidence, trust, and wonderful manners. He walks beautifully on leash, is house trained, and settles well into routines—proof of just how adaptable and eager to please he is. One of Max’s favorite things in the world? Other dogs! He absolutely loves canine companionship, especially smaller dogs, and truly thrives when he has furry friends around. Their presence brings out his happy, relaxed side and helps him feel at ease. With people, Max is gentle and thoughtful. He appreciates slow, calm introductions at first, but once he gets to know you, he’s all affection, loyalty, and cuddles. He’s the kind of dog who forms deep bonds and becomes a devoted companion—happiest when he’s close to his people. Max is neutered, up to date on vaccines, healthy and weighs about 40 pounds.
