My story

QUICK FACTS Name: Lucky Girl Age: About 4 Years Old Gender: Female (Spayed) Breed: Jindo Mix Color: Brown Weight: 13kg / 28.6lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I was rescued last year from a slaughterhouse. Sixteen dogs didn’t make it out… Only two of us survived and that’s how I got my name. After I was rescued, I spent five months in a foster home, learning what it feels like to be safe and cared for. I’ve been given a second chance at life and now, I’m just hoping to find a forever home to call my own.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Spayed & healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY Hi, I’m Lucky Girl and I have a gentle heart that just needs a little time to shine. I may seem bright and cheerful on the outside, but I carry a bit of caution with me. I won’t immediately run up for cuddles, and I’m not the type to shower you with affection right away. But if you give me time and approach me gently, I’ll slowly come closer—sometimes even on my own. Once I feel safe, everything changes. I build deep, meaningful bonds with my people, and that connection becomes something really special. I’m not a difficult dog—I just need someone who understands that trust takes time for me. I’m kind at heart. I truly want to connect. I just need patience to get there. Behind my slightly shy nature is a soft, sweet soul and a charming little smile you won’t forget. If you’re someone who believes in building trust step by step, I think we could become something really beautiful together.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I can be a little shy at first, but a tasty treat helps me warm up quickly. It doesn’t take long before I’m comfortable enough to be petted and stay close. You can also pick me up by gently supporting me under my belly—I’m okay with that too.  · With Dogs: I love making new dog friends! Whether I know them or not, I’ll happily go up to say hello and see if they want to play with me. I tend to feel most at ease with dogs around my size, and I usually get along really well with them. · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have moderate energy level – I enjoy spending time outside and going for walks, but I’m not overly energetic. Once I’ve had my outdoor time, I’m happy to relax and rest quietly. I’ve had plenty of experience on walks, so I stay close, don’t pull on the leash, and follow my person really well.   TRAINING & HABITS I’m pretty easygoing around food—I don’t feel the need to guard it, whether I’m with people or other dogs. When there’s something I want, I’ll let you know with a little bark—I like to communicate in my own way. I settle down calmly in my kennel and rest without any fuss. For potty, I can use both indoor pads and go outside. I’m still gaining experience outdoors, but I’m learning more each day.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: A family that will provide me with a safe haven – where I can decompress, be myself in a stable environment A family that understands my past and is patient with me throughout A family that enjoys indoor and outdoor time together A family that will love and cherish me forever   SPECIAL NOTES    LUCKY GIRL'S YOUTUBE PLAYLIST   Apply to foster or adopt: https://www.welcomedogkorea.org For Inquiries: info@welcomedogkorea.com ##2703423##
