My story

Willow is the kind of dog who just wants to be by your side. She is deeply loyal, incredibly affectionate, and happiest simply being near her person. Whether you are out for a walk, relaxing at home, or heading out for the day, Willow is ready to be right there with you. She has a calm and loving presence, but still enjoys getting out for walks, car rides, and little adventures. After some activity, she settles beautifully and is perfectly content curling up at your feet or resting quietly nearby. Willow truly loves people. She forms strong bonds and becomes a devoted companion who will follow you from room to room, always wanting to be part of whatever you are doing. She has wonderful manners and is easy to live with. She is fully housetrained, non destructive, and can be left alone without anxiety. She walks beautifully on a leash, has great recall, and is very smart and eager to learn. Willow would do well in a home with medium or large dogs but is not a fan of small dogs. Her experience with cats is unknown. She would thrive with someone who is looking for a true companion and wants a dog to share everyday life with. Willow does not need constant activity or structure. She simply wants to be near her person, whether that is at a market, on a patio, in the car, or relaxing at home. She is the kind of dog who becomes your heart dog.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Willow, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
