Hello, I`m Phoebe! I`m a sweet and friendly cat who loves quiet moments and gentle pets. At first you might notice my fancy hairdo—I arrived to GHS quite matted and uncomfortable, so this temporary ‘do has me feeling much better... though I can’t wait for my beautiful coat to grow back in!I might be a bit shy when we first meet, but give me a little time, and I`ll warm up to you, purring softly by your side.
