We didn’t really have a place to belong—just open roads, unfamiliar fields, and each other. One day, someone noticed us and made a call and that’s how my story began to change. I might have come from a place without a home, but I’ve always had a gentle heart and a hopeful spirit. Now, I’m ready to leave the wandering behind and find a place where I can truly belong.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Spayed & healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY I’m Agi, a little lovebug. I really, really love people. I’m full of affection, energy, and endless love. If you’re around, I’ll be right there with you — following you, watching you, wanting to be part of everything you do. Being close to you is my favorite place in the world. If you’re looking for a dog who will look at you like you’re their whole world, and fill your home with affection, I’ve been waiting for you.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I’m the kind of dog who loves being close to people. Whether you’re someone I know or someone I’m meeting for the first time, I’ll gently come up to you, lean in, and rub against you like I belong right there. I’m very easy to pet and you can even scoop me up with your arms under my belly, and I’ll stay relaxed in your arms. I haven’t had the chance to meet children under 13 yet, so I might just need a little time and gentle introductions to understand them. · With Dogs: When I meet other dogs, I like to keep things calm and respectful. I’ll politely go up to say hello, but I’m not always looking to play right away — I prefer a more relaxed, gentle vibe. Dogs with a lot of energy can feel a bit overwhelming for me, so I feel most comfortable when things are calm and not too intense. And if another dog comes on too strong or tries to provoke me, I might react — so slow, thoughtful introductions really help me feel safe. With the right guidance, I can build positive, peaceful friendships at my own pace. · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have moderate energy level – I love going out for walks and getting fresh air, and once we’re back home, I’m happy to rest quietly by your side. On walks, I can get a little excited and pull sometimes, but I do like to follow my person and stay connected. I feel much more relaxed in quiet, peaceful areas. Busy roads with lots of cars can be a bit scary for me, so I’d really appreciate someone who understands that and helps me feel safe. With a little patience and guidance, I’ll grow more confident every day.   TRAINING & HABITS I don’t guard my food — whether it’s people or other dogs, I stay relaxed and comfortable sharing space. I’m also a pretty quiet companion, so you won’t hear much barking from me. My kennel can make me a little unsure, so I might whine at first, but with patience and reassurance, I’m learning that it’s a safe place to rest. Car rides are still a bit scary for me. I feel safer when you gently hold me and help me in. I’m flexible with potty habits — I can use both indoor pads and go outside, depending on the routine we build together.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: A family that will provide me with a safe haven – where I can decompress, be myself in a stable environment A family that understands my past and is patient with me throughout A family that enjoys indoor and outdoor time together A family that will love and cherish me forever   SPECIAL NOTES I do have a bit of a jealous side — I love my people so much that I sometimes want all the attention to myself. Because of that, I’d be happiest as your one and only.
