My story

Francesca is a sweet little wonder with extra toes, a big heart, and a soft spot for the four-legged friends in her life.Found outside while caring for her kittens, Francesca has left her rough beginnings behind and embraced indoor life. She’s healthy, resilient, and slowly learning that people can be safe… even if she’s not quite convinced about this “petting” business yet.What she is convinced of?That other animals are the best thing in the world. Francesca absolutely adores other cats and dogs. They are her comfort, her companions, and her cuddle buddies. She’ll curl up with them, groom them, nap beside them, and follow them around like a devoted little shadow. With humans, she’s takes longer to trust—but with animals, she’s all love.Francesca has a playful streak that comes alive when toys are involved. She chirps excitedly during play and parades her prey (toy mice, balls, anything she can “hunt”) for all to admire.Her extra toes give her a mitten-like grip that makes her look both fierce and adorable while she plays.This girl loves to eat. Mealtime is one of the quickest ways to earn her trust, and she’ll happily show up for snacks, treats, and anything delicious. Francesca is very curious but still nervous around people and hesitant to accept pets. She may flinch or pull away at first, but she’s not aggressive—just unsure. What she loves to do is curl up next to you, share space, or quietly observe your world from a safe distance. With patience, she’s slowly discovering that humans can be part of her circle too.Despite her initial nerves around people, Francesca is remarkably adaptable. She doesn’t rely on strict routines and has handled her foster home’s shifting schedules and home renovations with ease. New environments don’t rattle her for long—she settles in, finds her safe spots, and starts exploring.Francesca would thrive with a home that already has friendly cats or dogs, and a patient adopter who respects her boundaries.She doesn’t need constant attention—just kindness, patience, and the freedom to be herself.Like all ACR cats, Francesca is up-to-date on vaccines and has been treated for fleas and parasites. Francesca is negative for FIV and FeLV.
