My story

**Note: Currently Sammie is in Korea, but will arrive in Toronto once she is adopted. For more info about the dog, or the adoption application, please click the link.-------------BackgroundSammie was rescued from a city pound in Anseong, Korea earlier this year. Since then, she has been living with other dogs and gets along with everyone very well.Personality and SocializationSammie is a gentle and loving girl. She is sweet, submissive, and very affectionate. Her favorite thing is simply being near her people. She loves to snuggle and has a soft, calm nature. With other dogs, she is polite and easygoing. She especially does well with gentle and well mannered dogs. She has not met cats yet, but with slow and proper introductions, we believe she could adjust well.BehaviourSammie has not shown any signs of separation anxiety. She is calm at the vet and walks nicely on leash. She is patient during bath time and relaxed in the car. She is not destructive and is not a big barker. She prefers outdoor potty and follows her person well on walks. Overall, she has a very easygoing and cooperative personality.Health and DietSammie is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, dewormed, and on monthly parasite prevention. She was treated for anaplasmosis after rescue and is now healthy. She eats kibble and is doing well on her current diet.Ideal HomeSammie is an easygoing and gentle girl who can fit into many types of homes. She does not ask for much, just love and companionship. She would do best in a home where she is not left alone for long periods and can spend plenty of time with her family. She is a sweet and snuggly companion, and the family who welcomes her will be very lucky.**Note: Currently Sammie is in Korea, but will arrive in Toronto once she is adopted. For more info about the dog, or the adoption application, please click the link.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Sammie, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
