My story

QUICK FACTS Name: Hyori Age: About 5 Years Old Gender: Female (Spayed) Breed: Jindo – Samoyed Mix Color: White Weight: 25kg / 55lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I was rescued from a hillside when I was a young puppy. After that, I came to the shelter, where I’ve been growing up safe and cared for. Now I’m healthy, happy, and ready to find my forever family.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Spayed & healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY Hi, I’m Hyori, a calm and gentle girl who loves a peaceful life. I greet people quietly and politely—I’m not the type to get overly excited, but I have a soft, steady charm. I absolutely love walks. The moment you pick up the leash, I’ll already be waiting by the door, ready to go. Outside, I’m lively and happy, and I can walk for a long time enjoying every step. But once we’re back home, I settle down right away and relax like nothing ever happened. For me, life is all about peaceful walks and cozy naps. I’m a dog who has been quietly waiting for a loving home. If you’re looking for a calm, low-maintenance companion to share gentle days and relaxing walks, I might be the perfect match for you.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I might be a little shy when we first meet, but I warm up faster than you’d think — especially if you come with treats. I’ll be happily taking snacks from your hand and letting you give me gentle pets. I’m also comfortable being picked up, so handling me is easy once we get to know each other. I haven’t had the chance to meet young children yet, so I’m still learning about that part of the world. · With Dogs: When I meet other dogs, I’ll politely say hello—but I usually prefer to keep it at that. I enjoy my space and tend to do my own thing. Most of the time, I’m pretty indifferent to other dogs, which makes me easygoing and low-pressure in social situations. I’m more about calm companionship.  · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I’m a calm, easygoing kind of dog who truly enjoys the quiet moments in life. Lounging, relaxing, and simply being by your side—that’s my favorite pace. When it’s time for a walk, I already know the routine. I stay close, follow your lead, and don’t pull on the leash, making our walks feel smooth and stress-free.   TRAINING & HABITS I have a gentle, easygoing nature—sharing food has never been a concern for me, whether it’s with people or other dogs. I’m also a quiet companion and rarely bark, so I bring a calm, peaceful energy into the home. In a kennel, I settle in nicely and stay relaxed, making travel or downtime easy for both of us. I’m used to doing my business outside, so I feel most comfortable with outdoor potty routines.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: A family that will provide me with a safe haven – where I can decompress, be myself in a stable environment A family that understands my past and is patient with me throughout A family that enjoys indoor and outdoor time together A family that will love and cherish me forever   SPECIAL NOTES I don’t eat a lot, but since I love relaxing, I might need a little help with staying in shape. With regular walks and a balanced routine, I’ll be at my best.   HYORI'S YOUTUBE PLAYLIST   Apply to foster or adopt: https://www.welcomedogkorea.org For Inquiries: info@welcomedogkorea.co ##2691701##
