My story

QUICK FACTS Name: Ella Age: 2 years old Gender: Female (Spayed) Breed: American Eskimo Mix Color: White Weight: 5kg /11lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I was rescued from a city pound and was about to face euthanasia due to lack of space. Luckily, I was rescued on time and now looking for my next chapter!   MY HEALTH Spayed & healthy with no known health issues All vaccinations up-to-date   MY PERSONALITY I’m super small, irresistibly cute, and full of charm! I absolutely love people and enjoy being around them, soaking up all the attention I can get. I also play very well with bigger dogs and am comfortable making larger dog friends. I have a big appetite and get especially excited for treats, which makes me both fun and eager to engage.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I love people and truly enjoy meeting new friends! I happily soak up all the affection and gentle pets I can get. I also allow myself to be picked up and enjoy being close to my people. · With Dogs: I generally do best with dogs of a similar size, as very high-energy dogs can feel a bit overwhelming for me. I like greeting new dogs, but I appreciate having a little time at the beginning to settle in. Once I feel comfortable, I adjust well and enjoy playing nicely with my dog friends. · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown. A cat test can be arranged upon request to ensure the best fit.   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have a moderate to high energy level and enjoy a nice balance in my day. I love spending time outdoors, exploring and taking in all the fresh air, but after I’ve had my fun, I’m more than happy to come inside, relax, and snuggle up for some cozy downtime.   TRAINING & HABITS I’m still working on my leash walking skills and improving every day. I can get a little excited during walks and may pull at times because I’m eager to explore, but I do much better in quieter areas and settle nicely as I go. I have good manners around food and don’t guard my meals from people, though I can be a bit sensitive if other dogs are nearby during mealtime. I know how to rest calmly in my kennel and prefer doing my potty outdoors. I can sometimes get car sick on longer rides, but with a bit of guidance and gradual exposure, I’ll continue to improve.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: • A family that will provide me with a safe haven – where I can decompress, be myself in a stable environment • A family that understands my past and is patient with me throughout • A family that enjoys indoor and outdoor time together • A family that will love and cherish me forever   SPECIAL NOTES I’m a very smart girl—beauty and brains all in one! I’m quick to read the room and pick up on the mood around me. While I may be a little reserved at first, I adapt well once I feel safe and settle into my environment nicely. I’m a resilient pup with a lot of emotional awareness, and I believe I’ll do well in many types of homes—whether as the only dog or with dog siblings.   Ella's Youtube Playlist   Apply to foster or adopt: https://www.welcomedogkorea.org For Inquiries: info@welcomedogkorea.com ##2689888##
