My story

QUICK FACTS Name: Bokhee Age: About 1 Year Old Gender: Female (Spayed) Breed: Jindo Mix Color: Brown with black muzzle Weight: 9kg / 20lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I was rescued from the euthanasia list at the city shelter by kind people. I am now safe and ready to begin a happy new life with a loving forever family.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Spayed & healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY Hi, I’m Bokhee, a bright and lovable little friend with lots of charm! I might feel a tiny bit shy at first, but I warm up very quickly—especially if you have something yummy for me! Once I get comfortable, my affectionate personality really shines. I love people so much and show endless love to those I trust. I’m very smart, curious, and playful. I enjoy toys and love showing off my tricks like sit, down, and paw. I also get along wonderfully with other dogs. I’m small, cheerful, and full of love—truly the kind of dog who will be adored wherever I go. I can’t wait to share my joyful energy and sweet affection with someone special.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I might feel a bit shy when we first meet. But if you offer me a tasty treat, I’ll happily take it and warm up to you quickly. Before long, we’ll be friends and you’ll be able to hold me in your arms and pet me too! Once we become close, I’ll roll over and show you my belly — that’s my way of saying I feel safe and would love some belly rubs! I’m very gentle and welcoming, even with children under 13. · With Dogs: I’m very friendly and sociable! I don’t just stick to dogs I know — I’ll happily walk up to new dogs too, say hello, and sometimes invite them to play with me. I just love making new doggy friends wherever I go! · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have moderate energy level – I enjoy outdoor activities like walks and exploring, and I love spending time outside with my person. After some fun outdoor time, I’m also very good at settling down and resting quietly at home. I have a nice balance between playtime and relaxation! I have lots of experience going on walks, so I’m a very polite walker. I don’t pull on the leash, and I follow my person nicely. I love calm, easy walks where I can stay right by your side and enjoy our time together.   TRAINING & HABITS I don’t guard my food — not from people and not from other dogs. I’m very easygoing at mealtime.Sometimes when I want something — like attention, treats, or playtime — I might bark to let you know. When I’m placed in a kennel, I stay calm and settle down nicely.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: A family that will provide me with a safe haven – where I can decompress, be myself in a stable environment A family that understands my past and is patient with me throughout A family that enjoys indoor and outdoor time together A family that will love and cherish me forever     Bokhee's Youtube Playlist   Apply to foster or adopt: https://www.welcomedogkorea.org For Inquiries: info@welcomedogkorea.com ##2689276##
