Name: Nouka Breed: Siberian Husky Weight: 35 pounds Gender: Female Age: 13 years Reason for Intake: Family situation; can no longer care for Nouka Up to Date with Vetting: yes Good with dogs: Yes. Good with cats: Unknown Good with kids: Yes. Lives with a toddler Good with strangers: Yes. She is friendly. Resource guarding issues: with other dogs sometimes -food and her rubber toy Ever bitten a human: No Ever bitten a dog: No Housetrained: Yes. Crate trained: No Good in the car: Yes. Loves the car. Bark when left alone: No. Destructive: No Energy Level: Medium Leash skills: She is primarily in the yard now but when walking she is not reactive and will pull sometimes Okay with physical handling/manipulations: She is fine with handling and is good at the groomer Known commands: sit, come, paw, lay Food on now: Performatrin Ultra kibble. 2 scoops/day. Free fed. Behaviour: She is described as an independent dog who enjoys spending lots of time outside in her yard. No bite history Medical issues: She was scratching and the vet gave her allergy pills Here is our foster application: https://www.speakingofdogs.com/volunteer/fostering/ Currently in the Newmarket area but we can move her to another town or city via our amazing transport drivers.March 9, 2026, 8:36 am
