He's doing great with leash training, is about 90% potty trained, and confidently uses a doggy door. He is still working on his manners and would thrive in a foster or forever home that can continue helping him grow into the amazing companion he's destined to be. One of Neptune's most charming features is his pronounced overbite, which gives him a unique smile and makes him even more unforgettable.
