My story

QUICK FACTS  Name: Tabo Age: About 5 years old Gender: Male (Neutered) Breed: Labrador Jindo Mix Color: Black Weight: 16kg / 35lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed    MY RESCUE STORY  I was on the list for euthanasia at a crowded city pound, but I was given a second chance at life by kind people. I am now ready to meet my forever family and start a new adventure!     MY HEALTH  • All vaccinations up-to-date • Neutered & healthy with no known health issues    MY PERSONALITY  I’m a quiet and well-mannered companion indoors. I rarely bark and enjoy calm, peaceful time at home. But once we step outside, I become lively and playful! I love people and am very friendly—many say I’m the perfect balance of calm and cheerful energy. I’m gentle, affectionate, and have a sweet personality, with a touch of that classic Labrador charm. In everyday life, I’m steady and easygoing. One thing about me—my beautiful black coat sometimes makes me less noticeable at first glance. Because of that, I may have had fewer chances to shine. But those who meet me in person quickly discover how truly adorable and lovable I am. I’m ready to show my quiet loyalty at home and my joyful spirit outdoors. I’m just waiting for someone to see how special I really am.    MY SOCIAL SKILLS  · With People: I love greeting people, including people that I have never met before! I can easily be pet and be held in your arms! I haven’t had the chance to meet children under the age of 13, but I think I’ll get along great with them!  · With Dogs: I’m a friendly dog! I enjoy playing with my dog friends, and I get along with all dogs, and I mean ALL dogs, including big, medium, and small sized dogs!   · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY  I have moderate energy level – I like to play outside to get my exercise and to explore the world! Then, I’m happy to come inside and wind down comfortably beside my family. I have excellent leash manners, and I follow my person very well.     TRAINING & HABITS  I don’t guard my food from other people or dogs, and I rarely bark. I am calm when I am placed in the kennel. I’m comfortable using indoor pee pads and going potty outside. If I go somewhere new, I might feel the urge to do a little marking at first. It’s just my way of saying, “I’ve been here!” With guidance and consistency, I can learn the house rules quickly.    MY IDEAL HOME  I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: • A family that will provide me with a safe haven – where I can decompress, be myself in a stable environment • A family that understands my past and is patient with me throughout • A family that enjoys indoor and outdoor time together • A family that will love and cherish me forever    SPECIAL NOTES  If I go somewhere new, I might feel the urge to do a little marking at first. It’s just my way of saying, “I’ve been here!” With guidance and consistency, I can learn the house rules quickly.   Tabo's Youtube Playlist    Apply to foster or adopt: https://www.welcomedogkorea.org  For Inquiries: info@welcomedogkorea.com ##2668586##
