My story

DOB: Aug 16, 2022 Chantilly is a sweet, gentle girl who has been settling beautifully into life at the adoption centre. Intelligent and full of quiet character, she likes to take her time observing the world around her. One of her favourite pastimes is finding a cozy vantage point to watch the world go by — especially the playful kittens whose busy antics have recently been entertaining her. Though she was unsure of their scurrying at first, she’s grown in confidence to observe them with calm curiosity, sometimes even mingling in her own composed way. Chantilly reveals her playful side with delightful bursts of energy, happily catching a ribbon wand or chasing a moving toy. In these moments, you see the kitten spirit still shining brightly inside her. When she’s not engaged in play with her people, she invents her own entertainment. Clever and confident, Chantilly has a charming habit of carrying treasures around in her mouth. Sometimes it’s a favourite toy; other times it might be something she’s “borrowed” (maybe even a sock or two!). She’s also impressively quick to work out where the treats are stored — and watches with keen interest whenever they might appear. These are some of the little traits that make her so endearing. She enjoys being part of the world around her and sharing her quiet presence with those nearby. Chantilly will sit beside you, leaning into gentle pets and soaking up affection. She loves cozy cat beds, being held, and even tolerates nail trims without complaint. She treasures close companionship and being part of your quiet moments. And when she wants attention, she’ll sweetly let you know — she’s not shy about expressing herself. Like many sensitive cats, she may give a gentle nip if she becomes overstimulated, so she would do best in a home without young children. She would thrive either as the only cat in a peaceful home or with another calm, respectful feline friend. Chantilly is ready for a loving forever home where she can feel safe, cherished, and completely herself — where her serene nature, bright mind, and playful heart can truly blossom. And of course, where her adoring family can admire her stunning little moustache forever. Who can resist that adorable little face looking up at you every day?
