My story

 QUICK FACTS  Name: Bambi Age: About 1.5 years old Gender: Male (Neutered) Breed: Jindo Shiba Mix Color: White and Brown Weight: 11kg / 24lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed    MY RESCUE STORY  I was roaming around the streets, and every day was a little uncertain.But even back then, one thing always made my tail wag—people. Whenever I saw someone walking by, especially those out for a stroll, I couldn’t help myself. I’d watch them with bright eyes, hoping they’d notice me, dreaming of walking alongside them instead of just looking on from the roadside. My love for people is what saved me. Someone saw how happy I was just watching humans pass by and decided I deserved more than the street Now I’m safe, still just as in love with people, and ready for the day I can finally walk next to my person—not just watch them go by.    MY HEALTH  • All vaccinations up-to-date • Neutered & healthy with no known health issues    MY PERSONALITY  I’m Bambi, a smart and playful pup with lots of energy—especially when it’s time to go for a walk! Walks are my favorite part of the day, and I’m happiest when I can move, explore, and play. I also love playing with other dogs! I’m always curious and like to approach them to see if they want to play. I also love toys, I know how to play, and I’m always ready for a fun game. I’m clever, affectionate, and I even try to invite other dogs to play by bringing leashes along (even if they’re not always as enthusiastic as I am!). Plus, I’ve been told my round little face is extra cute.    MY SOCIAL SKILLS  · With People: I love people! I love meeting new people, and I enjoy being by their side! I can easily be pet and be held in your arms. · With Dogs: I enjoy the company of my dog friends, especially with those of my size! However, I am firm and I stand my ground if another dog provokes me, therefore a careful introduction is recommended. · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown (Cat test can be requested to ensure the best fit)   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY  I have moderate energy level – I like to get my playtime outdoors and I like to rest and snuggle inside just as much! I can get excited on walks, therefore there may be times when I pull on the leash, but I am generally good at following my handler!     TRAINING & HABITS  I don’t guard my food from people, but I may growl if another dog comes nearby. I may bark when I want something.  I feel more comfortable when I potty outside.     MY IDEAL HOME  I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: • A family that will provide me with a safe haven – where I can decompress, be myself in a stable environment • A family that understands my past and is patient with me throughout • A family that enjoys indoor and outdoor time together • A family that will love and cherish me forever    SPECIAL NOTES  I’m a people and friend loving dog who has so much potential!
