My story

Buddy is a 3-year-old, 30-pound sweetheart who recently came to our rescue alongside his friend Guido after their owner’s health sadly declined. He’s still trying to understand why his life changed so suddenly, and because of that, Buddy may be a little unsure at first. With patience and a calm environment, he just needs some time to decompress and feel safe again.Beneath the uncertainty is a very sweet boy who has so much love to give. Once he settles in, Buddy is sure to blossom into a loyal and affectionate companion. He would do best in a home willing to give him the time, space, and reassurance he needs to adjust at his own pace.Buddy is ready for a second chance with a family who can offer stability, kindness, and understanding—and in return, he’ll be a wonderful dog and devoted friend.
