Neal came to us as an owner surrender he is roughly 2+ Years. He really seems to like kids and he has been inside and outside no problems and he sticks around too. Super sweet boy He is very friendly when he warms up as long as you give him time to open up. He is Neutered, Microchipped & Up to Date on Vaccinations His Adoption Fee is $100
