My story

Meet Rusty. Rusty is a juvenile orange sweetheart with a heart full of love and a motor that never quits, this boy is a total purr pot. He lives for full-body rubs and will happily head-butt you as his way of saying thank you. He was found in a very rural desert neighborhood. While we aren’t sure if he was dumped, we knew right away that he needed a fresh start and a safe place to land. Rusty adores humans and gets along wonderfully with other cats. Dogs, however, aren’t his favorite, he fluffs up like the cutest little marshmallow, likely because he’s never been around them before. He can be a bit cautious in new environments, but once the wet food comes out and the love begins, he melts right into you and shows his true, affectionate self. This amazing boy would make a wonderful addition to a loving family looking for a loyal, cuddly companion.
