My story

 QUICK FACTS  Name: Aspen Age: About 3 years old Gender: Male (Neutered) Breed: Pomeranian Mix Color: White Weight: 6kg / 13lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed    MY RESCUE STORY  I was on the list for euthanasia at a city pound, when I was rescued by kind and warm people! I am ready to start a new chapter of my life with my family that will cherish and love me forever!     MY HEALTH  • All vaccinations up-to-date • Neutered & healthy with no known health issues    MY PERSONALITY  I may be timid and shy at first, but don’t let that fool you! With a little bit of time, affection and treats, you’ll see a lovely side of me! I have a lot of affection and once I open up, there is a chance that I may not come down from your lap and just end up falling asleep on the lap! I am very adorable and cute, and you’ll be able to really feel it when you see me! I can’t wait to meet you!    MY SOCIAL SKILLS  · With People: I may be shy at first but with a little bit of time and treats, I will open up! I can be held in your arms, and I’ll show you my belly!  · With Dogs: I say hello to dogs and get along especially well with dogs that are of my size, but I prefer my personal space.   · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown (Cat test can be requested to ensure the best fit)   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY  I have moderate energy level – I enjoy my walks and time outdoors, and I’m happy to snuggle and cuddle inside as well! There may be times when I pull on the leash, but I follow my handler quite well!     TRAINING & HABITS  I don’t guard my food from people, but I may growl if another dog comes nearby I may bark when I want something or when I see strangers I am calm when placed in a kennel I potty both indoors and outdoors There is a possibility that I may perform urine marking when I am in a new environment     MY IDEAL HOME  I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself.
