Jax

My story

Jax is a 4-year-old rescue from El Paso and the sole survivor of his litter. I brought him home at just 5 weeks old, and he’s grown into a loyal, thoughtful, and loving dog. He enjoys walks, hiking, sprinting, and being active, but also loves blankets, hoodies, and cuddling. He’s an inside dog, uses a doggy door, and understands boundaries—no couches or beds unless invited. He can be shy around plastic bags and has a more serious, observant personality. Due to a career change that keeps me away from home up to 14 hours a day, I can no longer give Jax the time and attention he deserves. My hope is to find him a loving home with someone who has the time to provide plenty of exercise, affection, and companionship. Please only consider Jax if you truly have time for him—he is an amazing dog who deserves the very best.
