My story

Millie is waiting patiently for her forever home. Millie is a very fearful, shy girl at first but once she warms up to you, she is the most loyal friend you could ask for. It is very important that she has a safe space in your home, whether that be a section of the house or a large crate. This space is where she can go if she is not comfortable where her boundaries will be respected. When Millie is uncomfortable with someone she will bark and run away. Once Millie warms up, she is very energetic and loves to snuggle. She is great at fetch and loves chuck it balls. She is super smart and picks up training really fast, knowing sit, paw, and has great whistle recall. She is a bit of a project and will need a patient owner, but we promise she is worth it as she has become a favorite of the staff.
