My story

We are so happy at how Kennedy has come along in the short 2 weeks she has been in her new foster home Kennedy. Since she’s been here, she’s been eating and drinking like a champ, chilling with foster brother Ted, and after a short warm up period, loves anyone who comes to the house. In the past two weeks, zero accidents, she doesn’t love the crate (but goes in when you lead her to it - although she seriously doesn’t need it), and has learned to love treats from Two Bostons and Ava's Pet Palace (if you haven’t checked out Ava’s treats, your pets are missing out - these guys love everything she makes!). She also walks on a leash like a dream. She does have a few quirks - she hates loud noises - garbage trucks, school buses, snow plows (her safe space in the house is on the landing going upstairs). Her other one is that she won’t walk on the hardwood floors so there are some extra throw rugs down for her. She would love to play with other dogs, but has quickly realized her foster brother isnt a "player". We have taken her through all her vetting- spayed, rabies vaccine, distemper vaccine, bordatella vaccine, fecal negative, heartworm negative, and microchipped.
