🌸 Meet Spring 🌸 Shy • Sweet • Ready to Bloom Name: Spring Born: ~April 2018 Rescued: November 2023 Fostered in: Shakespeare Medical: ✔️ Spayed ✔️ Vaccinated ✔️ Microchipped ✔️ FIV Negative Her Story: Spring spent years surviving in a large outdoor colony behind Sobeys in New Hamburg with her companions Autumn, Breeze, and Rain. As construction continued, their world kept shrinking — sheds removed, a new plaza built, and even their last sleeping space inside a food compactor taken away. Mostly seen only after dark once traffic quieted, Spring relied on the dedication of a volunteer who fed the colony nightly. When it became clear they had nowhere left to go, we welcomed them safely into foster care. Life in Foster Care: Spring has settled beautifully into indoor life. She lives peacefully with other cats and dogs and enjoys a calm, predictable routine. She’s a gentle soul who loves her window perches, lounging on a kitchen chair tucked under the table, and soaking in quiet moments.
