My story

PWRESCUE.ORG *PHOENIX METRO AREA ONLY* Meet Freddie, a 4-month-old, 7½-pound bundle of puppy energy and charm! Freddie is a rough-and-tumble little guy with the sweetest heart. He and his littermates were a joyful surprise when their mom—already in rescue—turned out to be expecting. Now this spirited, lovable boy is ready to find his forever home. Freddie has proudly taken on the role of protector to his tiny runt brother, showing that beneath his playful bravado is a caring soul. He’s all boy, all puppy—high energy, playful, and always on the move! Freddie loves to jump (clearly a talent inherited from his mom!) and is very food-motivated, making him a fantastic candidate for training. He’s currently working on potty training and leash walking and will need a family committed to continuing his education with basic obedience and proper socialization so he can grow into a well-rounded adult dog. Like most puppies, Freddie adores his toys—especially chew toys and tug ropes. He does have one non-negotiable requirement: a big, soft, fluffy bed for those well-earned post-playtime naps! He gets very excited at mealtime (sometimes announcing it with happy barks), eats enthusiastically, and loves working for treats in his snuffle mat. He’s also a champion kisser—though his foster mom has thoughtfully trained him to kiss your chin instead of your mouth, which is definitely a bonus! While Freddie has the classic puppy wiggles, he does settle down and truly enjoys being petted and brushed. He would thrive in a home with another playful dog to help show him the ropes and burn off some of that puppy energy. A secure, fenced yard is required for safe zoomies and playtime.
