3 years old Zip is a playful puppy, who loves to be around his humans, whether he is playing with a toy or having a blast with his friends. He will definitely love to have a home of his own where he can follow his parents around. Zip is such a sweet boy, full of kisses and hugs, so it's a surprise he was found in a shelter where he almost lost his life. Zip loves to play with other foster siblings. He also loves his toys. He will need a home with young parents who can keep him busy, take him on walks, and play with him or he will need a second playful pup. Zip is only 25 lb, and is completely vaccinated and kept on heartworm and flea preventatives. He is neutered and chipped. Zip is currently being fostered in Texas, but can travel to any state, even Canada to the right home. Their adoption fee includes their vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter surgery and recovery, heartworm and flea prevention), a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, Harness and leash. To meet this gorgeous pup via facetime or whatsapp or other video chat apps, please send a completed application via www.savesomesouls.com Yards, if any, must be adequately and fully fenced to adopt our pups. We do not accept electric or underground fences. Our dogs are fully assessed by foster parents, vets and behaviorists, as well as videos and video chats are available to observe their manners in public. We are extremely transparent and like to share everything negative and positive with the adopters, to ensure it's a good fit and they are not returned to us, as the trips are very stressful on them. Houston is home to million strays, many who are abandoned, many born on the streets, many who escaped while living in the yard, which is common in Texas. Since our rescue does not get grants that shelters get, we use adoption fee to help the pups and kitties in our care. Your adoption fee goes towards vetting and feeding our long term and permanent fosters, and unadoptable pups, as well as towards the monthly care and preventatives etc of our pets. By adopting one pup from our rescue, you make room for another dog to be rescued our high kill shelter, thus becoming an integral part of our mission to save as many unfortunate dogs off the streets and shelters as possible. So Thank you for choosing to rescue, and not go to a breeder.
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Zip, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
