My story

DOB: November 21, 2017 Roxy is one of those cats who just wants to be part of the action. She’s confident, super friendly, and happiest when she’s hanging out wherever you are. She loves attention and isn’t shy about asking for it (usually very loudly). She doesn’t mind being held, but she’ll let you know when she’s ready to hop down. She prefers sitting beside you rather than right on your lap, and once she’s settled in, she’ll scoot closer and keep you company. Roxy is endlessly entertaining. Her favourite hobby is chasing her own tail, she never seems to get tired of it. She’s very vocal when she wants pets or treats, loves batting around toy mice or little balls, and takes her scratcher time very seriously. At night, she’s a full-on zoomies girl and will happily run laps just for fun. Roxy was found at a bus stop and brought into rescue, where she immediately showed how sweet and resilient she is. She recently had a mammary mass removed (believed to be benign) and is recovering well. The vet team recommends keeping an eye on the area over time, but otherwise she’s a healthy, active, and very friendly girl! Roxy is truly such a special girl. She’s incredibly sweet, affectionate, and easy to love- she's the kind of cat who just fits right into your life. She has so much love to give and deserves a family that will give her the same love right back. She’s been friendly with our resident cat, and with a slow introduction, we think she’d do well with another cat.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Roxy, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
