Wakko and his siblings Yakko and Dot were born to a stray mama. They are all still getting used to being loved and adored, and will need patience to learn they are finally safe! As with all cats at Butterscotch Castle, Wakko is neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested (negative), and up to date on his flea medication.
