My story

Argenta: the Grey Scale Gang’s most uniquely fashionable member! This black and white beauty is easy to pick out of the group with her white socks and (so cute) half moustache! Quite the statement! Argenta is one of eight distinct shades (Ink, Haze, Grayce, Misty, Slate, Onyx, Cloud) that have come to EHS from a multi-cat environment. These gentle greys all get along with each other, but understandably, they may need some time to adjust to their new environment, and the new people in it. ABOUT ARGENTA - At shelter - Some of this pretty girl`s personality is still a bit of a grey area, but as she becomes more comfortable and gains confidence, her progress is becoming more polished to shelter volunteers with every day!- Argenta is good with scratches from the back-scratcher, particularly on the cheeks, and sometimes pets by hand.- This playful feline loves to play with a wand toy!- Argenta has been spayed, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on core vaccinations.ARGENTA’S IDEAL HOME- A potential adopter may need to give Argenta some time to warm up and feel comfortable in her new home, and with new people.- Argenta can be a bit of a scaredy-cat! Loud noises and sudden movements can send her scurrying for cover, so it would be ideal for her to have access to quiet places to retreat and feel safe in her home (blankets, covered bed, cat tree).- She has always shared her space with other cats, so Argenta would likely enjoy the company of another compatible feline (maybe a grayscale companion?).- Argenta’s exposure to dogs or children in her previous home is unknown, so we are unsure on how she would do with them.Is Argenta the purrfect shade for your home? If so, apply to adopt Argenta today! If you have any questions about Argenta or the adoption process, please contact cats@etobicokehumanesociety.com

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Argenta, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
