My story

Meet Sweetie Pie, the 12-Year-Old Cuddle Queen! Sweetie Pie is a gentle little senior chihuahua who absolutely lives for snuggles. If you’re sitting, she’s curled up in your arms; if you’re standing, she’s hoping to be held. She just wants to be close to her person and soak up all the love she’s missed out on. She doesn’t have any teeth (likely from a full dental extraction), which means no stinky breath and extra-adorable gummy smiles. She eats softened food like a champ. Sweetie Pie is still figuring out potty routines. She tries very hard to be a good girl, but she may have an accident here and there, especially after previously relying on potty pads. With a patient adopter and a consistent schedule, she’ll continue to improve. She coexists just fine with other dogs and cats—she simply prefers to ignore them and focus on her humans instead. If you’re looking for a loving, low-key companion who wants nothing more than to be held and adored, Sweetie Pie might be your perfect little shadow. 🩷 Sweetie Pie's $250 adoption fee includes a microchip, vaccinations, and spay surgery.
