Meet Oliver, the happiest dog in the world! His tail really never stops wagging! Oliver absolutely loves people and truly has never met a stranger. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and cats, and he’s done great with children, making him the perfect family companion. He’s potty trained, crate trained, and knows basic commands.
