My story

DOB: July 30th, 2014 Meet Mr. Sulley. This calm, dignified gentleman was found as a stray and ended up in the shelter. Luckily, he became a staff favorite with his gentle manners and love of chin scritches. He has a gentle, relaxed, calm personality. Sulley is most def a chill guy. No drama, no mayhem, no surprises. All he asks is a cozy bed, good food, and a soft place to perch and be happy. At times aloof, he is also friendly, discovering the joys of being a lap cat, purring, and giving kisses. Sulley usually sleeps in his cat bed by the window, and he will sometimes visit the bed to get a few pets and scratches. It’s lovely to see him feel safe and at home. He’s independent, though, and quite happy to do his own thing. Though not overly active (he is 11 years old, after all), he plays with the wand/fluffy toys. Quirk: He will play fetch with some toys if you toss them, which is so cute! While he’s usually well-mannered, he LOVES people food; keep an eye on your plates if he is nearby — he has very quick paws! As Sulley is an older boy, he is the perfect cat for a mature, quiet household. Like many older kitties, he has some arthritis in his back legs, and he gets monthly Solensia injections for pain. Because of this, he also has stools/chairs to help him jump onto the couch, bed, and dresser. It’s recommended he eat “mature” cat food, found in most pet food stores. He likes being picked up and snuggled and gives the sweetest little kisses when he’s close to his person. Handsome Mr. Sulley doesn’t need much. He’s heading into kitty retirement and would love to have a forever home to chill, relax, and be loved. *NOTE: Sulley’s monthly Solensia shot for arthritis is administered at a vet clinic, the estimated cost is about $90-100. However, this may vary from clinic to clinic. So please contact your vet for more information. Thank you for welcoming a senior cat into your family - an adoption fee of your choice is appreciated, vs. our standard adult cat adoption fee of $250.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Sulley *DECLAWED*, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
