My story

Welcome to the Black Bear Diner! Or rather, please let us introduce you to this darling little gentleman, the most sweet and snuggly little void! Black Bear Diner was born in care to his sweet mama Rainforest Cafe. He has 4 siblings (Hard Rock Cafe, Bubba Gump Shrimp, Chuck E Cheese, and Señor Frog) who he loves to play with, chase around and cuddle. Black Bear Diner is a lap cat in the making, always seeking you out for a cuddle in your lap and turning on his big purrs. He is a big fan of wand toys and will jump and chase around anything shiny that flies acros the floor like crinkle balls. He is best known for his extremely cross eyes, he can look at two completely different directions at the same time! Black Bear Diner and his siblings are special cats after being born with eyelid agnesis (missing part of their upper eyelids) and having their eyes open at birth. Throughout the last few months, they have also experienced some fur growing downward into their eyes. Because of this, the entire litter recently underwent surgery to cauterize the furs near their eyes so they can see clearly and get the fur off their eyes. Given their lack of eyelids, they sometimes get dry eyes and eye lubricant (non prescription, available on Chewy or Amazon, ~$13 a bottle) can help them if needed.  Black Bear Diner's ideal home would be with one of his siblings (he really loves his sister Hard Rock Cafe!), but he would also do great befriending another kitty pal in his forever home. He hasn't yet met any children or dogs in foster care, but we think he would do well in a wide variety of families given his sweet disposition. Black Bear Diner is ready to snuggle up and be your new bestie, please consider applying for him! PS. We have TONS of photos and videos of this litter from their time growing up in foster care we will happily share with the future adopters :)  WE DO NOT HAVE A PHYSICAL LOCATION AS WE ARE A FOSTER-BASED ORGANIZATION.  PLEASE SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO BE IMMEDIATELY CONNECTED TO A SCREENER. Apply at online application (catsfff.org/adopt) View all of our adoptable cats here (catsfff.org/cats) Our adoption fees are listed here (catsfff.org/adoption-fees) ##2479008##

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Black Bear Diner, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
