My story

DOB: September 25, 2018 Hi, I’m Martha. I’m a quiet and thoughtful girl who loves peaceful places and soft company. One of my favorite things to do is sneak into the sock drawer and settle in for a cozy nap. I also enjoy sitting by the window to watch the birds and take in the outside world. I love spending time with other cats, especially my close friend Ivy. We are like twin souls and enjoy playing and relaxing together. I would do well in a calm home with older children or adults who appreciate a laid-back and gentle companion. I have a grade IV heart murmur caused by hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). Right now, I take one medication each day, and I handle it very well. I will need regular echocardiograms, about every 9 months, so my heart can be monitored over time. Despite my condition, I am a loving and easygoing girl who just wants a soft place to rest and a kind person to care for me. If you are looking for a calm and sweet companion who enjoys little joys like bird-watching and sock-drawer naps, I might be the one for you.
